The Lone Peak Fire District places a heavy emphasis on training and education.  This emphasis has increased our proficiency and improved the delivery of our services to our Citizens.  Lone Peak Firefighters believe that every day is a training day.  We schedule training in advance so that classes can be adequately prepared for and given with accuracy and confidence.  

 

We also strive for a balance in our training between fire and medical subjects.  Sometimes our training is didactic and other times we prefer to conduct our training with a more hands on approach.  

 

The increase in our Firefighters knowledge, skills and abilities gained from training has been truly instrumental in saving lives and property.
